Self-hypnosis is a wonderful tool
that is both rewarding and a life long asset.
Whilst you may learn the technique to resolve a current problem, it
is a process that once learnt, can be of use to you throughout your
life.
I have explained that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
That is to say, you put yourself into hypnosis and the hypnotist simply
guides you into that state. You listen to his words as he induces
you into the hypnotic state, but you interpret them and react to them.
Once you have learned this technique of self -hypnosis,
you can use it on a regular basis for fifteen or twenty minutes in
the morning when you awake or in the evening before going to bed.
In fact, you can use self-hypnosis at any time during the day, when
you are on a bus or a train or even in the lift! If you feel stressed
out in the office, go to the restroom, sit on the lavatory and meditate
in self-hypnosis for three or four minutes and relax your mind and
body. It is a great way to get frustration or anger out of yourself.
You can use self-hypnosis for:
- Anxieties
- Relaxation
- Sleep & Bruxism & Apnia
- Healing a particular ailment or syndrome.
- Working on a particular problem; e.g. for reinforcing stopping
smoking, or stopping an addiction or an obsessive compulsion.
- Meditation
- Resolving a difficult problem in your life.
- Making a major decision in your life. Invite in a great historical
figure or a friend or family member to help you.
- Learning a language or subjects for an exam.
- Speed reading in hypnosis.
- Memory enhancement and Comprehension
- Performing well at an interview.
- Public speaking or a presentation in your job.
- Resolving issues in a relationship, or the family or between yourself
and your child.
- Motivation and building self confidence
The best way to learn is to be taught by a hypnotherapist
whilst in hypnosis.
